Our Housekeeping Services are customized to suit customer’s requirements.

The standard scope of services is as followed :

Frequently Asked Questions

Q 1. How do I book the housekeeping service?

You can place a booking request via our online form or WhatsApp us at +65 8222 3009 with your preferred date and time. You can make a booking for a one-off service or schedule a regular weekly or bi-weekly service. Our team will revert with an email confirmation. Payment is required to confirm the service.

Q 2. Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies and materials?

Yes, Customers are to provide cleaning supplies and materials. Our housekeepers will come with standard cleaning tools on a need basis.

Q 3. Where are your housekeepers from? Are they experienced and trained?

NannyPro has went through a detailed screening process and selected the best to be of service. Most of our housekeepers are currently from Myanmar. They are employed dedicated under NannyPro and approved by MOM as a household service worker. Not only our housekeepers are experienced in managing tasks well and good with taking cleaning instructions. They are also efficient. Most importantly, they are well-liked by the families. They all have a pleasant disposition.

Q 4. Do I have to be around during the clean?

For one-off service, it is recommended that one of the household members is there to orientate and give instructions on the cleaning tasks. For weekly or bi-weekly monthly package, you will most often be assigned the same housekeeper. Therefore leaving her alone to clean is at your own discretion.

Q 5. What are cleaning tasks that are strictly prohibited?
  • Clean windows externally.
  • Clean ceiling fans/high areas without proper ladder.
  • Cleaning the pet’s area.
  • Hand wash clothes but you can teach them to load the laundry.
  • No mopping of floors on hands, please provide proper mop equipment.
  • Preparation and Cooking of meals.
Q 6. Is there any surcharge for weekends or public holidays booking?

There will be an additional $ 10-weekend surcharge if your clean falls on a Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays.

Q 7. Can we reschedule change of housekeeper or cancelled the booking session?

For any cancellation/request of change, you will need to inform us two working days (48 hours) in advance to avoid a last-minute cancellation fee which is 50% of your booked fee. Client who wishes to reschedule a service session can only reschedule to another date within 30 days. Otherwise, the session will be considered forfeited, request be made via email.

Q8. If I wish to terminate a monthly package, will there be any refund?

For cancellation of unused sessions, do serve 3 working days notice via email, the unused sessions amount will be refunded.

Q9. If I am not satisfied with the clean, how do I provide feedback?

NannyPro’s housekeeper will try our best to meet the cleaning expectation. If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning services provided, a feedback has to be placed within 24 hours after the session has been completed. NannyPro reserves the right to arrange for our housekeeper to touch up and clean any areas or items to Client’s satisfaction. Client should be present during the touch-up cleaning.

Q10. What are the typical tasks undertaken by your housekeepers in a 4 hours sessions?

Our housekeepers are trained to complete at least 4 to 5 keys tasks assigned. It is also dependent on the house size and managing your expectation. For eg, A standard 3 bedrooms with 2 toilets will involve the following : Cleaning toilets, tidying up bedrooms and general upkeep of the living & dining area. They will ensure to complete the tasks by sweeping and mopping the floors.
